What we collect

• Details you give us in quote requests, swag bag requests and contact forms: name, company, email, phone, delivery details and your message.
• Logos and artwork you send us so we can prepare mock-ups and proofs.
• Order, invoice and delivery records once you buy from us.
• If you accept analytics cookies, anonymous information about how the site is used (see our Cookie Policy).

Why we use it

• To answer your enquiry, prepare quotes and fulfil orders (contract, or steps before a contract).
• To invoice and keep accounting records (legal obligation).
• To send occasional business updates to existing customers, which you can opt out of at any time (legitimate interest).
• To understand and improve the website, only with your consent.

Who we share it with

Only those who help us do the job: the manufacturers and printers who make and deliver your order, couriers, our accounting software (Xero), email and hosting providers. Some providers are outside the EEA and are covered by EU standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become orders are kept for up to 2 years. Order and invoice records are kept for 6 years, as Irish tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent, by emailing info@zestbranding.ie. We will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (www.dataprotection.ie).
