What is the minimum order for branded promotional products?
Minimum orders depend on the product, with some products starting at just 10 units. Tell us how many you need and we'll suggest products that fit.
How long do branded products take?
Most branded orders arrive 10–15 working days after you approve the artwork proof. Express service is available on certain products if you have a tight deadline.
Will I see a proof before my order is printed?
Yes. Every order gets a free digital visual showing your logo on the product. Nothing goes into production until you approve it.
What printing methods do you offer?
We offer pad printing, screen printing, laser engraving, embossing, embroidery, digital printing, doming, firing in glass and ceramics, stickers, sublimation, sandblasting and laser firing. We'll recommend the best method for your product, logo and budget.
What file format should my logo be in?
A vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) gives the best result. If you only have a JPG or PNG, send it anyway and we'll advise whether it will print well.
Do you deliver across Ireland?
Yes. We're based in Dublin 15 and deliver to businesses, charities, schools and event teams throughout Ireland.
Can you make branded swag bags for events or new staff?
Yes. Choose one of our ready-made swag bag bundles or build your own with a branded bag and the items you want inside, packed and delivered ready to hand out.
Do you offer trade prices for marketing and design agencies?
Yes. Agencies get trade pricing and can have orders delivered directly to their clients using blank delivery dockets.
