Prices and quotes

• Prices on the website are guide prices. Your written quote is the price you pay.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days and are subject to stock at the time of order.
• Prices exclude VAT unless stated. Setup, carriage and extra print positions are shown on the quote.

Artwork and proofs

• You confirm you have the right to use any logo or artwork you send us.
• Nothing goes into production until you approve a proof. Please check spelling, colours and position carefully, as we can't accept responsibility for errors in an approved proof.
• Printed colours can vary slightly from screen and from Pantone references, depending on the product material.

Quantities

Branded goods are made in batches, so the delivered quantity may be up to 5% more or less than ordered. We invoice the quantity delivered.

Delivery

Most branded items are delivered within 5–15 working days of proof approval. Dates are estimates. If a date matters, tell us when you order and we'll confirm whether it can be met. Please check the goods within 3 working days of delivery and report any damage or shortfall.

Payment

New customers may be asked to pay in full before production. Account customers pay within 30 days of invoice.

Cancellations and returns

Branded goods are made to your specification, so they can't be returned unless faulty. An order can't be cancelled once the proof is approved. If an item is faulty or not as approved, we'll reprint, replace or refund it.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned. Zest Branding Ltd take no responsibility for lost, late or damaged deliveries. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Irish law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
